Maybe White has a unique skillset that actually can help win games.  A good chance this team will have 11 wins and White has been a contributor.

He’s unique skill set is green dog blitzes as he shown at LSU. Unfortunately, the good teams neutralized him (Rams, Saints, Chiefs) by sound blitz protection from their backs. White will feast in that regard against the bum teams in the NFL. Great game by him yesterday lets hope he builds off it and steps up in the playoffs. Where we will face quality opponents.

Did they neutralize him or did Bowles crap the bed against top opponents?  He played soft zone against the Rams and then goes man single high against the Chiefs.  Pretty much the opposite of the rest of the league.

It s ashame because White should probably be even more effective because his closing speed is so unique.

They neutralized him. There’s footage of Malcolm Brown stonewalling White on multiple plays and he lines up directly behind a OL in a shot gun formation. (second half tape) Chiefs backs picked him up too when he was asked to rush.

Cappa hasn't allowed a sack yet this season.

Wow did not know. His leap from year 1 to year 3 is astronomical. Coaching definitely receives credit but Cappa has worked hard getting there. I think he has pretty much hit his ceiling as a player which is completely fine. Right side of the line is set

I mentioned this during the game yesterday, but doesn't it look like he has gotten much bigger than when he started? I really am curious now. He had that tenacity as an o-lineman but was just undersized to start from what I remember.

Amazing he hasn't allowed a sack. We needed a strong interior line and luckily we've had it this year. LT being the weak spot, but Donovan Smith isn't THAT bad.

Yeah Cappa definitely hit the weights this off season. He came into the league if i remember correctly at like 290-295ish. He looks at least in the 310-315 range or maybe close to the 305 range.

I think Wirfs playing lights out every week pretty much shows Smith is the weak link. A rookie with no off season and coaching is playing elite ball right now. Arians/Licht loves Donny I’d be shocked if we made any changes.
