Urb is gonna get a lot of those type of assistants. I was thinking he'd be DC which I had some reservations about because his lack of NFL experience, but as a LB coach? A huge name that has a lot of skill at the job, while also being someone who has worked with Urban a lot, so there should be no ego involved. Uncle Buck Posted January 15, 2021 Share Posted January 15, 2021 I don't follow college football, but this is good to hear if you guys like it. I've been hoping Urban does like Mike Zimmer has done and hired a lot of former head coaches to be his coordinators.
