Put him in a big market with a good coach and an up and coming team as long as they can keep Randal and they have cap space so having someone join won’t be an issue. Does a Lillard/Randle duo really put them in contention though? The FA class is extremely weak as well so they'd have to bank on going after a max guy in 2022.
