I think all of us want to see Patterson get reps as a change of pace & he plays special teams, McKissic is entrenched as the 3rd down/receiving back. Basically, signing a veteran RB right now - which we just cut one in Barber - would be just to have them inactive every game in case something happened, especially one like Murray bc I don’t think he plays special teams and we need our 3rd RB to play special teams.
