I'm not sure what part of my post you're responding to exactly or what you think I'm refuting but I agree with you largely. I've said that getting vaccinated is the best first step in at least slowing this thing down currently but I'm not convinced it's ready to close out the pandemic the way we'd all like it to in it's current form.
