The results alone wouldn’t do it for me necessarily, but I’d want to know the temperature of the locker room.  Based on the comments, if we wanna try to read between the lines, maybe it’s not great and maybe a change would be welcomed.

That said, it’s a young defensive coaching staff.  I think only Tarver has previous experience as a coordinator and that was a couple years at the college level. Maybe one of the position coaches is young and sharp as hell, but my point is there’s no clear second option that inspires a lot of confidence.
