That's not the important part. The important part is that this seems to be a confession that Tua had a concussion vs the Bills. Who pressured or felt pressured to make the call will come later but, right now, just this is huge news.

The statement had to do with protocols and language implying negligence, which is a joke IMO. Zero accountability for the Dolphins

More will come from the NFLPA's investigation. This is big because the NFL is already trying to cover their bases. Instead of sticking with the denial of a concussion, the are already moving to discredit individuals that are not themselves.

Translation: The NFL is scared and if they are scared they or the Dolphins are probably guilty in some way.
