Ryans has world-class gameplans and adjustments every game. Halftime adjustments against the Packers was legendary. Gameplan against Dallas and the Rams were both great. His entire playoffs was phenomenal. Saleh is more of a motivation/leadership coach that relies on talent. Similar to Mike Tomlin. He never made adjustments to my knowledge. If he did, extremely rare.
