If Doom flips infector there should not be a reason to keep the antidote. As the group engineered a way to bar the door one of the survivors accidentally revealed a gash on his ribcage gnarled and infected, as the group came together to decide what to do, DrDoomIQ-Infected managed to beg for his life one last time to no avail, this threat to the survivors was no more.
