The Saints take the best edge on the board in Karlaftis.  I guess that people suspect with Cam Jordan getting up in years and Davenport having a bunch of voidable years after this year that they might need to find a replacement for one of them.   Now, we're starting to get into some interesting picks, with the Steelers on the clock:

Perfect. Leaves someone else available in the 2nd round. 

This QB class is not going to be remembered well.

Well, and the unfortunate death of Haskins makes it more likely.  But, what if they didn't?  Wouldn't that throw a curveball?

I like Ridder in the 2nd round. I think they go OL.

Ridder is going to go in the first, bank on that.  I don't know if it'll be here, but it will be in the 1st, because some team will want that 5th year option on him.

Pickett will not change that narrative. No 1st or 2nd round QB in this class will be starting for the team that drafted him in 6 years.

Ridder is my #2 QB behind Pickett. I see a bit of Alex Smith in him. I think Willis can be good, but is pretty raw and needs to sit on the right team to be effective. Pickett and Ridder should have high enough floors to be successful regardless of where they go.
