onejayhawk
We are one week out. Make predictions about how the draft actually unfolds. Here are some basic guidelines. At least two rounds. Four rounds is sufficient. Machine drafts are allowed but not necessary. Trades are encouraged. History shows that this GM will make some and we have a lot of draft capital. Give pick details of trades. Be as realistic as possible. It will almost certainly be more realistic than reality, but that's how the draft always goes. Here is a trade value chart for reference.https://www.drafttek.com/NFL-Trade-Value-Chart.asp?RequestTeam=kc As an example, here is a published draft by Chad Reuter. Note how unbalanced his trades are.https://www.nfl.com/news/four-round-2022-nfl-mock-draft-2-0-seahawks-saints-trade-into-top-five-for-qb Trade #29 + #30 for #14 + #128 (That's a big premium. More realistic would have been #29 + #30 + #121 for #14 + #76.) 14: WR Jameson Williams - Alabama 50: CB Roger McCreary - Auburn 62: Edge Cameron Thomas - San Diego St 94: OT Kellen Diesch - Arizona St 103: Edge Joshua Pachal - Kentucky 121: LB Brandon Smith - Penn St 128: CB Akayleb Evans - Missouri 135: RB TylerGoodson - Iowa Edited April 21, 2022 by onejayhawk

Herm the Squirm
I think we stay put (no trade up). I bet they have eyes on a WR they like who isn't in the top 4. Maybe Pickens or Dotson. Then with the other 1st rounder - definitely defensive line. Either DE or DT...wherever the best value is. 2nd round will be Secondary help - either a Safety or CB. I still kind of think we end up with Bradberry and a 2nd or 3rd round rookie CB. And for our other 2nd rounder - I bet we go back to defensive line. DT especially if we took DE in the 1st 3rd rounders will probably bring us an OL prospect (RT) and then BPA...maybe a LB or safety (if we went CB in round 2). onejayhawk
Since the best player in teh draft is slipping, here is one scenario. If you don't like Hamilton, feel free to substitute Sauce Gardner. Either might slide. Trade: #29 + #30 +#94 for #13 + #68 25: S Kyle Hamilton - Notre Dame50: DL Trravis Jones - UConn62: Edge Cameron Thomas - San Diego State 68: Edge DeMarvin Leal - Texas A&M94: LB Troy Andersen - Montana State 121: WR Velus Jones Jr. - Tennessee135: S Sterling Weatherford - Miami (OH)
mayanfootball
Pick #29 - Daxton Hill, S, Michigan. Chiefs obviously need help at CB. Hill will play there and elsewhere as needed. He's quite versatile. Pick #30 - WR, George Pickens, Georgia; or trade down Edited April 27, 2022 by mayanfootball

Darrian Beavers LB 121. Khalil Shakir WR 135. Pierre Strong Jr RB 233. My Grandma 243. My Great-Grandma 251. My Great-Great Grandma 259. KC_Guy
Won't do another mock - just a prediction: With the first four picks I expect: 1 DE 1 WR 2 DBs Now don't ask me if all those picks will be in round one and two ...

I think you're either right on or a hair off. I expect either 2 DL or 2 DB barring a top guy falling.
