We just ran that mostly in preseason and people were saying that this offense could work. Except it's nothing like the Greg Roman offense. We have 4 RBs/TEs and just one WR to try to get open on any play. That 11 personnel stat is broken for our personnel tho because Andrews/Likely are WR's and Ricard is basically a blocking TE. Whether it's route running, spacing, blocking, timing, depth - you can bet we don't do those things well at all. Hell, half the time our WR's don't even know how to line up properly.
