The thought does lend itself to IF Malf did not give fake claims, then a janitor could/would balance that bigtime. Charles Miner was a fired corporate executive. He played volleyball AGAINST the Scranton Branch. He escorted Michael Scott out and was the VICE PRESIDENT. I can't see any way that there's not a janitor, unless BCB was a Death Miller.
