Feels like it's going to be a bit of a "retooling" year for the Bucs, that i'm surprised he wants to stick around for. But i guess there's a convenience factor to staying put. But i guess there must just be a convenience factor, or behind closed doors, they've done a great job of selling whatever the plan really is to Quarterback the team?
