I remember when we signed Charles Snowden as a UDFA a few years back there was a decent amount of buzz around him as a developmental pass rusher. Fast forward 2 years and he’s listed as TB’s 4th string OLB in a 4-3 scheme. 😬

a handful of draft guys had him as a 3rd/4th rounder, so he was a ~steal~ as a UDFA. then he was cut and would never make it through waivers. then he sat on our PS all year

turns out we might not know as much as we think

I'm still right, all the GMs and coaches are wrong dammit.

George Pickens did a top 5 all time WR list. The top 4 are the usual suspects, but #5 is none other than Michael Crabtree lol. Two career 1k seasons, 0 pro bowls. What is he smoking

Now I feel better about us not drafting him.

He was incredible at tech his rs freshman or sophomore year. I remember him being at the top of my board then. Then he wasn’t quite as prolific to end and then really didn’t translate in the league. He was alright but never great.

If there are any very competitive fantasy footballers here, the lottery for entry to Reddit's NarFFL (Narwhal Fantasy Football League) close today at 3PM Eastern.

It's an incredibly fun, very competitive promotion and relegation style league with four tiers. Your entry to the lottery is for entry into the Farm League. More information on promotion, relegation, as well as entry to the lottery can be done on the NarFFL website, which I won't link directly to.

It's possible they may open up entries for waitlist. Inevitably people go inactive throughout the season. These players are replaced and new players are invited to take over their teams.

Just had a scary moment. Son was pitching and had a dribbler hit back towards him, but he buckled his right leg when he went to go after it. Looked awkward and he hit the ground. Batter got on base but he rolled over and stood up and just looked around. Shrugged and said he didn't know what happened. Had dirt all over him and on his face and just looked confused.

We all got a laugh out of it but man I thought his knee blew.

Edit - he finished the game too, so no issues. Very happy

Today was a good day. Daughter had herself a game on the lightweights and they won, son had a hell of a game as the heavyweights won 34-0, and the coach got both my kids in together and called a play so she could catch a pass from him. They put her at the slot and ran a bubble screen to her. Not a huge gain but 7ish yards and a first down. Awesome to see them play on the same team. Thought that would never happen after they got too old for the YMCA league.
