Good observation. I had 14, so, probably a little low but not by too much. Think WR and LB could have more turnover than I projected. We had two guys not make the team in 2019- Mike Jackson and Mike Weber (both made the practice squad). Jalen Jelks was IR'd In the McCarthy era though, everyone has made the initial roster (or been placed on a reserve list) as you said.
