We have had the same issues for 15 years and zero growth in those areas.     Only difference is we are far less talented than we used to be.

The shotgun on third and one has been a problem during the whole Mike Tomlin era…his teams aren’t physical, and you can’t claim to be physical when you do that. His words about physicality are empty, he’s turned this franchise into a finesse team. And it started years ago…

Even if you don't, that's not a formation you run because he needs the ability to call out of it.
