It's the government. This will take until at least 2025 w/ that one

If it’s a 3rd estate agency which appears to be the case, you might never know. Could be anything from hacking to kiddy porn child trafficking to plugging in his iPhone 15 to a usb and charging it and triggering a huge cyber security breach/risk inadvertently.

Kiddy porn would have been made public by now and sources have confirmed way back when this started that wasn’t anything like that.

Speaking purely from logistics, which is why I literally said “trafficking” after it, because no it wouldn’t be made public if it’s an FBI sting.

A lot of smoke this advice is on behalf of the Big12 he does not want there schools to get drug into this. Especially TCU who very likely received intel from OSU/Rutgers

Some Michigan lawyers (not hired by Michigan) have gone threw the big10 hand and rule book with a fine tooth comb and seem to concur that despite all of the recent media hawt takes and even UM admission that the commissioner actually has no authority and in fact can not level any punishments under any big10 rule if an ncaa investigation started before there own.  If the big10 investigates 1st he had the power even if ncaa starts one mid investigation but he can not under any circumstances levy punishment until ncaa concludes if there’s started first. They can however add on after the fact. It’s a very long legal read and yeah bias bias bias but these are very smart people and they’re showing there work.

Oh and Michigan has retained law firm Williams and Connolly. Nationally recognized as one of the best of the best.

That they paid such big bucks for attorney representation is obvious they are in big trouble as far as evidence.

Portnoy got the playbook. Deflect, deflect. Draw the attention anywhere else outside of Michigan. That’s the best they can do.

What does the source matter if the intel is correct. This an honest to goodness question. You just dismiss anything that goes against what u want to believe.  It’s actually an independent professional lawyer posting his legal opinion on the matter given his research that he takes the time to show.  You guys had no problem excepting and posting everything Pete “missing in action” Thamel printed. I get that you just prefer to jerk around and make jokes more than have real conversations and all but , ah whatever.

You don’t even believe yourself and past rationale dictates it

BigC:

Unnamed sources aren’t reputable

Also BigC:

Look at this Michigan blog and Dave Portnoy Michigan grad and pizza expert who says he allegedly has an unnamed source, you should believe it without question

Michigan fan says something cryptic and we are supposed to believe it.

Do you believe anything the national people are saying or do you get all your goods from Ann Arbor?

“What does it matter if the intel is correct?”

What was correct here? Portnoy making a cryptic deflection towards another team?

This playbook is hilarious.
