Kiwibrown
We have a lot to get done. A DC and ST coordinator. Extend Stefanski and Berry. Cap. We are 17 million in the hole. We will need to extend and restructure, or trade and cut. I had my eye on Teller but he has been excellent this year Would love to extend Myles two years if he wants play. Add 2 years at 33 million. Players We are losing a bunch of guys Kareem Hunt, Joe Flacco Defense Zadarius Smith Shelby Harris The 2020 draft class Jordan Elliot Harrison bryant Nick Harris Jacob Phillip There will be other players also on one year contracts. So that is a lot of starters and people in rotation off contract. Draft capital I'm expecting us to pick up an extra third with the hiring of Cook as a new gm. He has interviewed a few times and he is in player personnel so he could warrant us getting x2 3rds. We have Round 2 (own) Round 3 (own) Round 5 (own) Round 5 (Acquired from Panthers in Baker Mayfield trade) Round 6 (Acquired from Texans in Watson trade) Round 6 (Acquired from Ravens for 229th overall pick in 2023) Round 7 (own) Round 7 (Acquired from Falcons in Jones trade) What are our biggest roster needs going into year? How much cap can we reasonably create? Who are some free agent targets?
candyman93
Our biggest need by far is another WR. After that, Berry can do whatever he wants.

We’d be beyond screwed if Cooper got hurt.
MWil23
Berry needs to rework Cooper’s contract. He’s a #1 receiver and without him the wheels fall off. He should go draft or sign a #2 as well and keep Moore as a 3 and Tillman as a 4, hoping Tillman can make the jump to a 2 or 3 when Moore walks after the season next year. DJ Chark or Josh Reynolds would be solid additions, maybe even Mooney.

Kiwibrown
Here is some very sad news. If we cut Chubb we get to 0 dollars on the salary cap. That will be extremely tempting, but a brutal move.

We have less resources to accommodate our needs. However our roster is still strong. Berry will be aggressive in his moves. This will involve restructures and exentensions. Our first priority is getting a defensive tackle. Our 2nd a linebacker. We can probably bring Hurst back for cheap.

Kiwibrown
Players We can trade and acquire assets with Denzel Ward post June 1. If we got a 2nd and 4th would save 14 million. We are on the hook for a lot of money. This opens up a huge hole in the roster. Dawand Jones. If we got a mid 1st I'd consider it. He is a top 15 draft pick in a redraft. Newsome. Maybe a 3rd and 5th. Already replaced in Mitchell. Gives us a little money. I'd do it Ina heart beat if there is a market. Emerson. Like Ward a huge hole, probably nets us a 2nd and a 4th like Ward due to small cap hit, again a massive hole. Garrett off limits. Teller. Huge hole and not that replaceable. Juan thornhill. Very little savings.
