He then had a down year in 2017 that included multiple nagging injuries and a legal separation from his wife off the field. His wife’s friend accused him of DV and he had to deal with that as well. But finding a replacement for him wouldn’t be hard? a lot of that comes from his defense though, which even today theres a lot of room for improvement in measuring it and war is probably a little heavy in weighing it.Hes a good player, but hes yet to produce a wRC+ of 100, has a career OBP of .312 and he deosnt really seem to be improving at the plate.
