A dome stadium in the AFC north is rude but gotta make money year round, at least Cleveland gets to see Watson through 2030 once they extend him once he gets a fluky good season in his contract year and they have to pay him.

Even then ya'll got a sweetheart deal where the state of Ohio gets the right to buy the browns if for some reason Haslam has a stroke and wants to sell the team and the new owner wants to move it.
