The 26-year-old has started 22 of 39 games for the Niners since arriving as a second-round pick in 2015. (Since this is such a new event it isn't on Spotrac yet) He can't be 3 upped because he was an RFA this year. It will be next year before he ca be 3 upped. Upcoming Free Agent is ambiguous enough to include players with 1 year left on their deals.
