Interesting that its a two way deal.

Honestly, he hasn't been ripping up Liiga so far, though it looks like maybe he's starting to get into a groove. If he weren't a righty, I'd actually very much question his spot on the team, but given he is a righty, I think he has a leg up on quite a few of the others who are battling for a spot.

I do not understand why people want to go 5x7 or 6x6+ on Palms. He's going to fall off a cliff sooner rather than later. He's already a meh skater as it is.

One of those things that there is a very clear divisive line on. I legitimately don't get why people are trying to play for this year / next....that seems to be what it's all about. "Oh, we don't have shooters if he's gone". Well, I mean we have the best goal scoring prospect in hockey who will likely be here next year in Holtz, Foote will probably be here sometime in 21-22, Clarke, etc.

I"m just not overly concerned about the current long term forward situation and I don't think he makes / breaks this upcoming season for us to be a good or bad team.

So I miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight have to bump Yegor Sharangovich up on our prospect list. He ended the AHL year super strong and he's tearing it up right now in the KHL.

EDIT - What would you say his potential is? Longshot middle 6/3rd line or is the bottom 6 designation good enough? He's been scoring at a really good pace since the last few weeks of the AHL season.

Always considered him a long shot bottom six. I think he was a double over ager when we drafted him, so honestly, never expected much. I think I want to see this for longer before I really buy in, but he's creeping to middle sixer. He's always been interesting though. God knows we could use that size.

Also, this is why I like taking productive over agers later in the draft. Sometimes, guys are just late bloomers

Yeah. I'll probably keep the bottom 6 designation for him but bump him up above a few of the others with that potential. He's been phenomenal the last like 40 games he's played or so.

It's funny looking around the khl. Pavel freaking Datsyuk is still kicking around, currently second in points in the league.

Tedenby with 15 points, tied for 15th
