It's because it really needs a depth chart system to account for starters and depth. Individual players rankings at least imo aren't bad at all. I know that they'll never please everyone, but they're free and I don't think they're any worse than PFF.

Brees hasn't even ran it according to NFL.com Edited November 14, 2019 by ny92mike

That's just it. Statistically Brees is having an off year due to injury. Stats tell a part of the picture. The human beings gotta put some context to them in discussions. ny92mike
It would require a different ranking system to beef up his numbers, since he's only played 4 games this year, and even then his four games he wasn't lighting it up. 5 TD's and 3 INT. Almost identical to Dak Maybe...or he could get hurt again. Look man I think Brees career wise is one of the best if not the best. Injuries are part of the system I use and as I mentioned before it's cumulative. PFF has him the 4th ranked QB based on what? 3 1/2 games. What you're saying is speculation. If I went back and did this same system, in previous years he'd be ranked in the top 5 probably every year. Not sure if PFF accounts for that or not but I go year to year.
