Seems like a lot of ST specialists, no? Bethel and Trawick are primary gunners, I assume. Perhaps the team doesn't see a ton of differentiation in available DL depth necessitating the 53rd roster spot.

Most likely the case. If an injury occurs and Sieler is still not on an active roster he will be brought up. I don't think the team goes to anybody outside given who's actually out there on the market.

Not a surprise. Should be a settlement soon if that's the case.

As usual, Twitter is absolutely nailing who will be starting at LG for us this weekend:

Pretty sure they’re all wrong and that Hurst is actually going to start and the fact that he’s not listed as the starting LG is just a Harbaughism for not allowing teams to “prepare” for a known commodity.

Probably Hurst. Bozeman if not. Not sure either of the rookies are ready to step in and start day one.

We could be looking at our future line right now though. Stanley / Mekari / Skura or Bozeman / Jones / Brown. All three of the younger guys (Skura is only 26) can play multiple positions too.

I agree it'll be Hurst. Hurst didn't play for the 4th preseason game, that's the best indicator I can think of that he's the starter.

Couldn't agree with you guys more. Hurst is clearly the best option for us at LG. But I'm almost always wrong about these kinds of things so Greg Senat will probably start at LG now.

Hey we can’t sleep on Senat. He made PFFs All Preseason team, so clearly he’s a future stud.

Greg Senat makes PFF 2019 All Preseason Team. So indeed it is true, makes sense that we had to find a way to keep him on the roster as our backup LT.

Wonder why it seems that the left side of the O-Line was the most difficult scoring?  Perhaps it's the easiest place to be assigned blame by PFF for line-wide communication breakdowns/bad assingments?
