Come on man, this has been a poorly coached game but stop acting like these scheme's don't work. The guys on the field have largely been crap. Taylor in the game = run Groshek in the game = pass Deal is the only one you don't know when you see him in the huddle and we instantly give that one away by alignment. That’s Badgers offense for the last decade. We’re bigger, more talented and allegedly better. This is a team built to out-physical their opponents. They should be able to run against fricking BYU even if they literally tell them it’s a run play.

Ever. 34-7 beating up on tissue soft schedules but who cares about that.
beekay414
And I'm saying the playcalling has been incredibly vanilla today. It's like PC and co thought we could just show up.

This has not been well coached. Still this team shouldn't need a flawless game plan to pound BYU. OL gets no push, LBs flow the wrong way, no pass rush, drops and flashes of 2017 Horni. Packerraymond
If you're going to bench someone bench Taylor for GG. First person I've seen want to win today.
beekay414
What reason did Hornibrook think he had to run out of the pocket there?

Yeah, against a team like BYU, it is worrisome that we can't impose our will even if it's obvious what we're doing. Only when we're up against an equally or more talented team do we need to dial up the creativity, and we've seen PC do that. I am just floored by how poor our OL play has been today. Started slow first 2 weeks which was worrisome, but at least began dominating in the 2nd half. Not the case today.

Not to mention we clobbered them 40-6 in their house just a year ago. Doubt they've improved that drastically to the point that it is anything but embarrassing for a CFP hopeful to struggle with them.
Packerraymond
Seal the edge, cut the LB gain 6-10, it's not hard and we should have been executing this all day.
