If Cincinnati and UConn join the ACC we may not see annual Clemson-Louisville games anymore, due to the adoption of geographic divisions with a North Division consisting of the schools in the Northeast, Virginia and the Ohio Valley, and a South Division having the schools in the Carolinas and Florida plus GT. Both Clemson (BC) and Louisville (FSU) would have different protected crossover rivals (projected). On the other hand, it would open up the possibility of Clemson and Louisville meeting in the ACC title game, now who wouldn't want that? I think these proposals overall would be good for Louisville, not being in the same division as Clemson and FSU anymore would help in the long run.

For now, this game is an important one if Lamar Jackson is gonna have any chance of being the second player in history to repeat as Heisman winner. Only Archie Griffin (an OSU guy :) ) has ever done that. I really would love to see a repeat Heisman winner in my lifetime.
