So the guy we signed to help stop Derrick Henry will....be out for the game against Derrick Henry. lol nice

Whelp. Maybe he’s a quick healer, unlike Ingram. But yup, sounds like it’ll be the case. Luckily we still have a lot of depth up front with guys like Jelly, Jihad Ward, McPhee, Justin Madubuike, B.Williams, Broderick Washington, and Derek Wolfe. Madubuike especially was making some waves against the Colts OL. But we’ll see how these guys can hold up at the POA. They’re definitely not on Campbell’s level though.

How's he been? Hated to trade him but hope he's doing well there

Yup. 4 sacks on the season, most in one game though. But his run defense has been absolutely stout and needed. Sucks to not have him available for this game against the Titans. I’d be that playoff loss and the loss to the Browns with Nick Chubb were our chief reasons for trading for him and he won’t (likely) be available for our playoff revenge game. Oh well, he wasn’t there for the playoff game anyway, so it’s whatever.

But his leadership has been absolutely fantastic for the younger guys. Justin Madubuike, Broderick Washington, and Jihad Ward seem to all have grown this season under his tutelage. You could see him working with the young guys on their hand usage during training camp from the jump. I love his approach, he joked in camp that he wants to help the young players because “it helps with his pension after he retires.” Just a great guy all around and has been as pivotal for this team locker room this season as was Mark Ingram to the team last year.

Maybe our second best defensive player after Humphrey. Very remarkable at his age. He's equally impressive as a presence off the field. I really think that if had played his career in a media friendly market he would have been one of the very top faces of the league for even casuals.
