Andrew Berry, Paul DePodesta, and the team executives have a difficult task at-hand.

Name who you think will be some of the more surprising roster locks and cuts for the 53 man roster.

What fringe player do you think has to make the roster based on their value added to the Browns team?

Is the current kicker going to be the Browns starting kicker? If so, how long does he make it through the season?

Defensive line is hard. 
win now includes Day, Mcdowell, and doesnt include togiai. 
The future of the team you rpobably want Togiai around.

Reports now that Hodge is likely to be cut. We have a log jam at WR and they’re not getting rid of Schwartz after being drafted so high. Didn’t expect it but can see the logic behind it. 
 

There’s no chance LeCounte is going anywhere. 
 

The DT stable is where it gets hard to figure out. We probably keep four since Clowney apparently loves pushing guards around. My guess is Jackson, Elliot, Togiai, and McDowell fit the rotation. 
 

Day hurts to lose but the other guys are non factors or not worth the squeeze at this point.

Not so sure there is a excellent chance we trade a top wide receiver plus picks and get us a Phil Dawson level kicker 

That is the only thing that makes sense with these last moves

McDowell has the highest upside, I’d keep him.  Day has outplayed him, but he’s honestly a replacement level talent.  McDowell has actual starter talent.

LeCounte has played too well to be cut. No one else in the second and third questions has really done anything at all. Smith is solid, but very much a JAG.

If you’re not notably better than a guy making less than half you you, it’s gonna be hard to keep your job.
