I hate this ruling so much. He did nothing wrong. Differences on the cards aren't his fault and the dealers flipping the cards when he asks aren't his fault. He is right he didn't cheat, they should be paying him everything.

If I'm not mistaken there is also another case involving him in this same situation with an American casino. But I could be wrong.

Yup. I feel this is BS and the government just bailing out a corporate entity.

Supreme Court decision. This ones finished folks.

I can understand the courts decision, if not agree with it. The argument is that he manipulated the dealer into holding the cards a certain way round so he could use his advantage play.

No one likes casinos, so no one will like this decision.

We have an independent judiciary, so how is the government influencing this? You think a group of Supreme Court judges are prepared to risk their entire career just to do some overseas business a favour? 

If you were one of the judges, would you allow yourself to be bought?
