That's not a good thing for Trevor.  Did he go through them because they didn't want to work for him though, or just because they were winning a lot?  I could see it happening when he was with the Colts with Peyton Manning.  Maybe they just got hired away from him.  If it was in his days with the Lions, it could have been because of other reasons.

Flores was a bb tree guy.  Only been a HC for the dolphins.

First year was Chad O'Shea

Second year was chan gailey. Gailey resigned likely due to age(he's currently 70)

Third year was a co-coordinating effort with George Godsey and Eric studsville. Both guys also coached positions.

I mean....it's a good argument for that kind of offense,  but that doesn't necessarily translate to Leftwich being a good HC.  I still believe we need a HC with NFL head coaching experience to just make a culture change.  Hiring the current trending offensive coordinator has definitely been real boom or bust across the league in recent seasons.

Leftwich has been heralded as an up and coming HC candidate for a couple years now. I’d be perfectly happy if he ended up being our guy.

Flores' record makes him intriguing, but he's a defensive mind, and I'd rather see us get an offensive specialist.  This is another thing that would be worrisome:

The problem was he wanted Watson but the gm didn't.   While an offensive mind would be nice u can essentially  make your OC your assistant head coach as well

How about a guy like Leftwich if he gets older, more experienced coordinators?

I don't know.  I'm going to hope whoever Khan hires does a good job, it's only my level of confidence that will differ from candidate to candidate.
