Maybe they just got hired away from him. If it was in his days with the Lions, it could have been because of other reasons. Flores was a bb tree guy. Only been a HC for the dolphins. First year was Chad O'Shea Second year was chan gailey. Gailey resigned likely due to age(he's currently 70) Third year was a co-coordinating effort with George Godsey and Eric studsville. Leftwich has been heralded as an up and coming HC candidate for a couple years now.
