I feel like this is a very weak top 10. You can get the same talent at almost every position outside of top 10 aside for MAYBE OT. I really pray we can find a trading partner. I am not throwing the bag at guy who put up yards in a top 3 offense and will come here and not be worth nearly what we are paying him. We get fooled by this every single year. Id take Njoku on a prove it deal over Shultz all day. Combined that with a day 2 rookie and that is more than enough. TE, like S and RB are still tertiary positions that you dont over draft or overpay. Just because we are getting out of Mosleys awful deal next year doesnt mean we should get ourselves into another one. Mosley by far was our best player in our front seven. He had the second most tackles in one season in Jet History. The rest of the front seven sucked except for linebacker Q Williams, his brother our high first pick was over rated. He put up a top 4-5 TE production last season and was Dak Prescott's clear cut #2 option within an NFL Offense that Ranked #1 in Yards and #1 in Points scored. He was a big time reason why Dak Prescott and Dallas had the NFLs #1 Offense. (see below). Spoiler Targets: 2nd. CeeDee Lamb = 120. ☆ Dalton Schultz = 104. Amari Cooper = 104. Ezekiel Elliott = 65. Dalton Schultz played in 17 games but yet only started 12 games and still managed to rank as an NFL top 4 TE and @ the age of only 25 too. (See below). Darren Waller = 93. Noah Fant = 90. Rob Gronkowski = 89. T.J. Hockenson = 84. Dallas Goedert = 76. Hunter Henry = 75. Dawson Knox = 71. • 3rd in Catch Rate Percentage. • 3rd in Receptions (but only 6th in targets). • 3rd in 1st Down Catches. • 4th in Receiver Rating. • 5th in TDs. • 6th in Receiving Yards • 6th in Targets. ✓ An Average TE Ranking of 4.2 These are just my own personal NFL TE statistics that I've put together but even PFF Ranked him as the NFLs #6 TE (and barely below #4 and #5). (See below): Spoiler Amongst 64 NFL TEs Dalton Schultz had the 6th highest overall TE grade last year and only behind the likes of Mark Andrews (91.5), George Kittle (90.7), Travis Kelce (81.9), Kyle Pitts (79.7) Rob Gronkowski (79.5) and then Dalton Schultz (78.1). That is really impressive TE company to be mentioned alongside of especially considering the fact that Dalton Schultz is the 2nd YOUNGEST of them all. Kyle Pitts = 21 years old. Dalton Schultz = 25 years old. Mark Andrews = 26 years old. George Kittle = 28 years old. Travis Kelce = 32 years old. Rob Gronkowski = 32 years old. I prefer my own statistics that Ranked Dalton Schultz #4.2 overall amongst all TEs but nonetheless being ranked top 6 and literally right behind Pitts for 4th overall (79.7 vs 78.1) works good enough for me. And you know how impressive Dalton Schultz was with his 104 targets? He was almost as good as Cooper Kupp's first 104 targets last year and much better than both of Mark Andrews and Travis Kelce throughout their first 104 targets. (See below). Spoiler Dalton Schultz: 104 targets. 78 receptions. 808 receiving yards. 8 TDs. Catch Rate Percentage of 75.0%. Cooper Kupp's first 104 targets: 104 targets. 74 receptions. 1,019 receiving yards. 10 TDs. Catch Rate Percentage of 71.8%. Mark Andrews First 104 targets last year: 104 targets. 64 receptions.. 811 receiving yards. 5 TDs. 65.3% catch rate. Travis Kelce First 104 targets last year: 104 targets: 70 receptions. 848 receiving yards. 5 TDs. Catch Rate Percentage of 66.7%. And it's a lie that any TE can be productive for Dak Prescott. (See below). Spoiler Undrafted 27 year old Blake Jarwin started 5 games last year and played in 8 games but yet only recorded a whooping 17 targets with only 11 receptions for only 96 receiving yards along with only 2 TDs and a catch rate of only 64.7%. Dalton Schultz 2021 single season alone was more productive than Blake Jarwin's entire 5 year career thus far 🤭). • Now just imagine if Dalton Schultz would've received those 5 starts instead of "Blake Jarwin" because if so? Dalton Schultz would've ranked #1 amongst all NFL TEs in all 3 TE categories of receptions, receiving yards and 100% would've ranked #1 amongst all TEs in TD receptions. Dalton Schultz is nothing close to being borderline top 10 he's 100% a top 5 NFL TE and he's yet to even scratch the surface @ only 25 years of age just yet; this kid is more dominant and more beastly than most Jets fans realize. PS: these are just statistics. You should watch his highlight video that matches/highlights his on field production; this kid is an absolute animal on the Football field (and he was unstoppable during Wildcard weekend too). rickyt31
I really like Walker, but I'm not sure if he's better than Obajo. Playing in the 34 held walker back. He would have likely been better in the 43, but it's hard to compare. Although it shouldn't, combine numbers will separate a lot of options for us at #4. Ikem is very possible unless we answer the RG position in FA. Thibo, Ikem, Obajo, Lloyd, London, Gardner, Hamilton, and Williams are my possible options between 4/10 right now. I'm rewatching Walker though. Edited February 22, 2022 by rickyt31

I honestly can't recall the last time I've been this open minded in the draft. The players we need are out there this offseason, we just have to make the right moves.
