He was Jean Ralphio Saperstein, Serial Killer (Invest-Proof on Odd, Bulletproof on Even), Jean Ralphio-Aligned. (It was alleged later on that Jean Ralphio faked his death and fled to Tajikistan to open a casino using life insurance funds but that's another story) The lights shut off again! When the lights turned back on, another corpse was spotted! @bcb1213's corpse was found, with many noting her throat was slit. He was Joan Callamezzo, Lightning Rod, Parks Department-Aligned.
