Dude takes 6 steps... Incomplete pass...

The NFL and their referees are so sensitive about a catch only being a catch if its controlled to the ground since they added it to the rule book that they are never going to overturn a play where they make that call on the field

it all goes back (in my mind) to that idiotic call against Polamalu against the colts where he log rolled like 12 times and lost control of the ball trying to get up.

This game is good practice for New England as Andy is getting rid of the ball quick. Not saying were doing anything good about it but perhaps a wake up call for these egos.

With the personnel they have out there right now, it wouldn't matter what they tried schematically against Brady.

And honestly, who thought we were going to get out of Cinci and the Ravens game without a loss. The NE game is not going to be worth much for seeding.

He was struggling to get ahold of it as he was stepping backwards, he never really controlled it

At no point can you see him struggle to get a hold of it prior to that. His back is to the camera. They're making an assumption he didn't have possession prior to that. BS call.

Personnel doesn't really matter , "the standard is the standard" they wouldn't bet getting to the Qb with Shazier in there and Burns would still be blowing coverages and Sensabaugh still wouldn't be good enough.
