Consensus Mock Draft - Pick 5 Seattle Seahawks

Why not, let's give this a go with combine and the major free agency moves in the book. 

Rules:

There are two polls - your first choice will count as 2pts, your second as 1pt. If players have the same score after 24 hours, the pick will go to the player with the most first place votes.

The Seahawks are pretty dumb if they take Tyree Wilson over Jalen Carter. I get that Carter has off-field issues, but Tyree Wilson is not very good in my opinion. He's going to be a great run defender, but a bleh pass rusher. Poor athlete that can't bend and rip. Not sure what he does well aside from stack & shed blockers.

Give me Jalen Carter here. I picked Van Ness as a backup.

Wilson wasn't even my second choice, I went with Carter and then Christian Gonzalez

Don't the Seahawks use more of a 3-4 base defense now? How does Carter fit into that?

End 4I/5/6 Tech. He’s more athletic than that pro day and he has the length. Just has to get into better shape.
