Daniel Posted May 13, 2023 Share Posted May 13, 2023 Paxton Brooks was a good college punter, but wasting his time with the Titans. Bumphus and Billingsley are the only ones I’m familiar with. Bumphus always looked like he was about to be that dude on Tennessee’s DL, but never was. Billingsley had some legitimately great tape, and I thought he was gonna have a big season, but he never did.
