You also keep it in case they get a penalty that gets you the 1st you want that to either try for the TD, or maybe center the ball, ect. ect. Only you would complain about not using all the TO's, but of course if we use it and Boz doesn't make it you would be the first to comment how it was a bad move. It was pointing out an inconsistency in the coaching strategy which is overly aggressive when it shouldn't be and underaggressive when it should be.
