Yes. Yes it does. It matters a lot, and your inability to know that is shocking. If Sensebaugh was playing man outside leverage, and Davis plays the inside that hard, the window isn't there for Flacco. And if it was a passalong zone Davis shouldn't have gotten so flat on the route, play more high, and not let anyone behind him. So man v zone matters a lot there. So man v zone matters a lot there. if the DB is 2 seconds late to react to the ball, you can throw it to a receiver if he's covered. it can't be intercepted if the DB doesn't know where the ball even is. your inability to process this is shocking.
