Trentwannabe
Needed to be done. Sean has a chance to keep his job with the rest of the season and how the team performs, but there was zero reason to keep Dorsey any longer
Thelonebillsfan
Out of excuses now, should have been done earlier but there needs to be real shifts here, and I don't think there will be.
Thelonebillsfan
This is what bad teams do, when's the last time a desperation coordinator firing worked out that wasn't just precursor to firing the HC.

Lol not sure but the last time a Bills HC fired a coordinator in season…that HC also got fired later that same season. Im all I’m in the 2024 coaching cycle and top 15 draft pick
Thelonebillsfan
Brian Daboll's offense wasn't good! It was entirely a mirage based on 2020 being the year with no defense and struggled every single time Josh wasn't A+++. This system is antiquated, it's why nobody really runs these concepts anymore. They need a complete philosophy change and a total overhaul of how they do things. With a good draft and smart FA money they can still be competitive next year while also retooling and getting off a bunch of this bad money. But it's gotta be a complete tear down, and they have to get this offense real weapons.

bigbadbuff
Imagine if I told you 3 months ago the Offensive line would be the least of our concerns. We’d all be saying ok so we are 9-1? 💀

Trentwannabe
Bills have hired former Bulls OC DJ Mangas as an offensive assistant. He worked with Brady at LSU.

What you need is another Thurman Thomas, he was a great player, the Bills haven't had anybody close to him in thirty years. That is the missing link on the Bills offensive. While you’re looking for another Thurman Thomas can you also find another Bruce Smith and Andre Reed? That would be great.

The next last play against the Giants game in the SB Thomas caught a short pass and ran it all down till the Giants, 24, the very next play Norwood missed a 41-yard FG wide right. Thomas should have been the MVP, in that SB if Norwood did his job.
