That being said, there are a ton of similarities recently and a ton of decisions that haven't paid off. Getting AJ Brown however from the Titans was expert GM work. As many have said, he should have just stayed a slot receiver. They could have used him like Deebo Samuel, but Rivera and Co forced a square peg into a round hole as usual.
