Well, Baker just said not so fast lol. Hell of a game played by him.

The Lions pass defense is awful if the blitz doesn't get home.

I don't see it from Baker & Co. to pull this one out...

Lions coming to Levi's...the CGJ/Deebo banter will be epic.

And Deebo may not even play lol.

The Lions have played six consecutive games in a dome. That ends next week!

Honestly, and it's no disrespect to either TB or DET, but it really doesn't matter who we play. We need to take care of business and should be able to take care of business.

Not sure about that.

That Detroit O-Line is VERY GOOD and has the ability neutralized our front four.

A front-four that has looked rather pedestrian the second-half of the year.

We've been run on, around ,and through for weeks now.

I don't think it looks any different against the Detroit.

I would have liked Shanny's ability to scheme against their defense if Deebo was healthy.

But he's not and I have had issues with Shanny's playcalling w/o Deebo.

IDK...this will be a very difficult game from where I stand.

The offense will likely be missing it's most vital cog and our defense has been hit or miss, far too often.

Not as confident of us winning handily against the Lions as I was a couple of weeks ago.

Missing Deebo is what makes this matchup difficult.  He would be the cog that really made them pay on defense.  They are good on offense, but if we can buy a half a second for goff to make his read, we can find success.  Their O-line is really good, but against Goff pressures are as good as incomplete passes.  If we can disguise our safeties for their first step] or two, then make him guess a little whether it is man or zone underneath, I think we have a chance of slowing them down.

Having Hufanga lining up all around the field would have been really helpful in this situation.
