High 3rd down conversion rates is a great way to improve your chances of winning. How many first downs has mayer had in his nfl career? The point is you completely disregarded the most important part of my hypothetical. Only caring about the yards, when I said if they were all for first downs I’d love it. i didn’t say I’d love 5/30 stat line i said I’d love 5/30 stat line if they were all for first downs. id love it even more if they were all on 3rd downs. Moving the chains is very important, that was the key part of my statement. You seemed to disregard it as unimportant.

Oh ok so mayers going to magically become a first down getting magnet even though he hasn’t done that. Would be nice tho

With a second coverage lb on him, I think he could thrive.

Definitely makes sense to call it 3rd and Bowers or 3rd and Adams. Rarely ever will it be a 3rd and Mayer.
101Raider
Lol, Crosby said that Bowers is a basically a bigger Renfrow. Was trying to figure out who he reminded me of…

What's the purpose of gloating after 2 games to the masses? Let the kid create his own audiences outside Raider fans.

Not to go on a tangent here, but I am still mystified how he was breaking ankles out there, had a bad stretch, and then fell off the world.

You could just see it in his eyes and Wallers at the same time. Its as if JMD sucked the passion to play right out of them.
