If PFF is your speed: 5th rated safety overall (87.3), 2nd rated safety in run defense (90.7), 8th in coverage (83.2), led the league (for safeties) at passer rating allowed in the slot (42.3). IM0 Pepper is the better player Dugger was at a 61.7 last season, with a career low in coverage at 50 (was over 70 the two seasons prior). 79.6 run defense grade.
