I play both sides of it depending on the player and the situation. I'm positive when I think a young guy can still improve or, I know what they are and accept them being just a good back up for example. This is a case where I think it’s obvious that Noah Brown was fine but didn't do anything spectacular. What we need is for Noah Brown to have similar production to this every week and for Jayden to start trusting Terry more downfield even if Jayden thinks Terry is covered - go to him anyway bc he’ll make the play - and then we’ll have a good passing attack. We need Terry to catch like 5-10 balls a week & for Noah to get 3-5. I'm not sure when that happens with Jayden throwing the ball downfield that much but I'm hopeful as the season goes on it happens.
