Denzel Ward clearly. Orlando Brown and Darius Leonard most likely, possibly Josey Jewell as a dark horse.

DingoLadd
Glad to see Ridley and Jackson are gonna be day 1 starters. Mike Williams isn't progressing as well as I'd hoped but he should at the very least score 8+ TDs this year.

SirA1
So this is now a thing. https://docs.google.com/document/d/10TFiz79sZXruM_hXjuiK68-SrGfRWthZoT8UKuWO3xs/edit I literally mind blanked the whole 2016 Owner's Meeting that Blue ran because it was Blue. And then it was lost on the WF.com forums. http://forum.walterfootball.com/forum/walterfootball-com-forums/forum-mock-draft-forum/33167-bdl-owners-meeting-2016 Some very interesting stuff in there that is now part of the main Guidelines. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PMWi_mLXhAdtxZF2PYBlXzqmtrQfDF1xx1v3_o8F-uA/edit Although I think it fixes a lot of Ted's issues with FA bidding.

Not really, I expect him to be the no.2 and be the main Red Zone target for the ChargIRs this year. I was hoping he'd blossom into the ChargIRs no.1 WR by this point but that isn't happening with Allen after last year, oh well.
MCoster
Hey, figured I check in here see how things are. Former BDL member here for those who don't know me (PSU). Figured I'd just provide some content like old times as fantasy football season had me craving some roster building fun. Probably not as knowledgeable as I once was differentiating between above average to below average players on the OLine/defense but skill positions are easier so I figured I'd just rank the skill positions and create a formula to create skill position rankings for BDL teams. Only factored starters in aka 1st QB, 1st RB, 1st-3rd WR, and 1st TE. As far as my roster building philosophy on skill positions: For QB, it seems to be the same as everyone else. I would want one of the top 19 QB's in the league, plus some young guys with potential on the bench. Really not any QB's I see worth picking up on the wire at the moment but I'll point out the starters available for the tank. RB, I think almost all the top 2 RB's should be owned. At least the top 64 in the NFL should be. I'll point out those I had in the top 64 available in the tank, plus some others. Ideally you have at least 4 of these guys for depth purposes (64/16 = 4 average), then young upside guys. WR, every team basically runs 3 WR's to start now, so I would want at least 6 of those (96/16 = 6). Okay, there are some absolute garbage WR's so 5 of the top 80 would be what I'm looking for, plus some upside young guys. TE, ideally 2 of the top 32, which all but one everyone has. Back when I BDL'd, it seemed like TE's were going to start taking over the league and it just didn't happen. I'll point out a few starters who are available. Anyway back to the rankings (bold = player valued in rankings). Only players listed below are either a starting QB, WR, top 64 RB imo, or top 32 TE imo so I didn't even look at who else you have, I'm assuming they're horrible or they're upside guys not playing yet. 1. Louisiana Jazz QB - Tom Brady, Josh Allen RB - Ezekiel Elliott, Nyheim Hines WR1 - Michael Thomas, Tyler Lockett WR2 - Doug Baldwin, Zay Jones WR3 - Sammy Watkins TE - Zach Ertz Ton of starting talent, very concerning depth. 2. Rome Eternals QB - Drew Brees, Mitch Trubisky RB - Todd Gurley, Marlon Mack, Devontae Booker, Theo Riddick WR1 - Amari Cooper, Marquise Goodwin, James Washington WR2 - JuJu Smith-Schuster, Ted Ginn WR3 - Julian Edelman, Corey Coleman TE - Jordan Reed, O.J. Howard, Austin Seferian-Jenkins Starts with the QB/RB combo. Also really solid WR and TE depth with Goodwin and Howard/ASJ on the bench. 3. Long Beach Leprechauns QB - Aaron Rodgers RB - Christian McCaffrey, Mark Ingram, Isaiah Crowell, Jamaal Williams, LeGarrette Blount WR1 - DeAndre Hopkins, Cooper Kupp WR2 - Marvin Jones, Keelan Cole WR3 - Devin Funchess TE - George Kittle, Luke Willson, Tyler Kroft Also has solid depth. 4. Orlando Ospreys QB - Philip Rivers, Patrick Mahomes RB - Alvin Kamara, Jerick McKinnon, Chris Carson, Royce Freeman, Ronald Jones II WR1 - Mike Evans, Willie Snead WR2 - Allen Robinson, Travis Benjamin WR3 - Sterling Shepard, Dante Pettis TE - Rob Gronkowski, Mike Gesicki Really solid depth, best RB depth in the league, and they're all young too. 5. Hawaii Nightmarchers QB - Russell Wilson RB - Saquon Barkley, Dion Lewis, Tarik Cohen WR1 - Antonio Brown, Josh Doctson WR2 - Stefon Diggs, Christian Kirk WR3 - Pierre Garcon TE - Dallas Goedert Desperately needs a starting TE. Barely had Goedert on the top 32, everyone else's starter is top 20. You can't start Goedert in this. 6. Seoul Dragons QB - Matt Ryan RB - Jordan Howard, Kenyan Drake, Ty Montgomery, Wayne Gallman WR1 - A.J Green, Jermaine Kearse WR2 - T.Y. Hilton, Antonio Callaway WR3 - Tyrell Williams TE - Travis Kelce, Gerald Everrett Surprised they're not higher, guess Ryan is average BDL starter, and Howard and Williams are below average at their position. 7. Wichita Woodpeckers QB - Jared Goff RB - Leonard Fournette WR1 - Larry Fitzgerald, Kenny Stills WR2 - Michael Crabtree, DeVante Parker WR3 - Jordy Nelson, Dez Bryant TE - Greg Olsen, Cameron Brate, Adam Shaheen Really solid WR and TE depth, desperately need some backup RB's. 8. Sydney Dingos QB - Ben Roethlisberger, Dak Prescott RB - David Johnson, Melvin Gordon, Aaron Jones, Austin Ekeler, Javorius Allen WR1 - Golden Tate, Calvin Ridley WR2 - Rishard Matthews, Kendall Wright WR3 - Mike Williams TE - Jimmy Graham, Vance McDonald Gordon should be a starter for another BDL team. Could maybe swing a trade to get back a WR for Gordon? 9. Camden Hood Rats QB - Alex Smith RB - Devonta Freeman, Carlos Hyde, Duke Johnson, Sony Michel WR1 - Odell Beckham Jr., DeDe Westbrook WR2 - Josh Gordon, Cole Beasley WR3 - Nelson Agholor, Courtland Sutton TE - Evan Engram, David Njoku Giving Alex Smith at least a chance if Gordon is as good as he once was. 10. Singapore Sentinels QB - Jimmy Garoppolo RB - Le'Veon Bell, Kareem Hunt, Bilal Powell, Spencer Ware WR1 - Keenan Allen, Mohamed Sanu WR2 - Corey Davis, Trent Taylor WR3 - Marqise Lee TE - Eric Ebron, Ricky Seal-Jones Best backup RB in the league which isn't accounted in these rankings. 11. Gotham Gashslayers QB - Carson Wentz, Matt Stafford RB - Derrick Henry, Kerryon Johnson, Rashaad Penny, Matt Breida WR1 - Demaryius Thomas, Chris Conley WR2 - Jarvis Landry WR3 - Geronimo Allison TE - Tyler Eifert, Hayden Hurst, Jake Butt Needs some additional WR's, can't start Geronimo. Has the best non-starting QB in Stafford. 12. Ivory Coast Black Rhinos QB - Andrew Luck, Marcus Mariota RB - C.J. Anderson, Nick Chubb, Semaje Perine WR1 - Brandin Cooks, J.J. Nelson WR2 - Alshon Jeffery, Curtis Samuel WR3 - Robby Anderson TE - Delanie Walker I like Anderson, but you can't start him in BDL. Need to find a way to get a better RB, and don't have the WR/TE depth to really do it. Mariota is smart Luck insurance. 13. Cuba Smugglers QB - Kirk Cousins, Deshaun Watson RB - Dalvin Cook, Tevin Coleman, Rex Burkhead, Frank Gore, T.J. Yeldon WR1 - Julio Jones, Chester Rogers WR2 - Kelvin Benjamin WR3 - Brandon Marshall TE - Jack Doyle Needs some additional WR's, can't start Marshall/Rogers. 14. Portland Horned Owls QB - Derek Carr RB - LeSean McCoy, Jay Ajayi, Peyton Barber WR1 - Davante Adams, Cameron Meredith, Tyler Boyd WR2 - Jamison Crowder, Martavis Bryant, Roger Lewis WR3 - Allen Hurns, John Ross TE - Charles Clay, Austin Hooper Decent amount of depth (most WR depth in the league), just not much top talent. 15. Oklahoma City Rogues QB - Cam Newton RB - Joe Mixon, Alex Collins WR1 - Adam Thielen, Anthony Miller WR2 - Robert Woods, Michael Gallup WR3 - D.J. Moore, Taywan Taylor TE - Jared Cook Below average at each position. 16. Berlin Blitzkrieg QB - Jameis Winston RB - Lamar Miller, D'Onta Foreman, Corey Clement WR1 - Tyreke Hill, Kenny Golladay WR2 - Will Fuller, Chris Godwin WR3 - DeSean Jackson TE - Trey Burton, Kyle Rudolph Even if Jameis was up on the Newton or Carr level of passable, that would only put this team tied for last. Best backup TE in the league though! Godwin is going to breakout too eventually! Edited August 22, 2018 by MCoster
MCoster
My Quarterback Rankings: I think these 5 are the guys you can win a championship, no matter the talent around: 1. Aaron Rodgers/ 2. Tom Brady - These two were close 3. Drew Brees 4. Russell Wilson 5. Carson Wentz The vet QB's who you know what you're getting from them that can win you a bizz bowl as long as the rest of your team has some talent. I had these all very close but decently back from #5. 6. Ben Roethlisberger 7. Matt Ryan 8. Philip Rivers 9. Matt Stafford (Current BDL Backup) Didn't really know where to put this guy because of the injuries so thought this was fair between the two groups. 10. Andrew Luck I believe these guys to be good quarterbacks that can win you a bizz bowl, but they probably just need one more year to prove their talent basically have them in the same ranking as 6-10 but think the consistency of the guys above made me have to put them before. 11. Kirk Cousins 12. Cam Newton 13. Jared Goff 14. Deshaun Watson (Current BDL Backup) 15. Jimmy Garoppolo Need to have a lot of talent on the rest of the BDL roster to win you a championship but still doable. 16. Alex Smith 17. Derek Carr 18. Marcus Mariota (Current BDL Backup) 19. Dak Prescott (Current BDL Backup) Just don't see how you can win a BDL Championship this year with: All others, including 20. Mitch Tribusky and 21. Patrick Mahomes, both backups that haven't proven themselves in the NFL but would be in the 11-15 category next year if they have good years), and 27. Jameis Winston, factoring the suspension slightly here but would only be a few positions higher. Top BDL FA QB's available would start at the 22nd rank QB (in approx order - likely Week 1 starters only listed): Blake Bortles, Case Keenum, Eli Manning, Andy Dalton, Joe Flacco, Tyrod Taylor, Ryan Tannehill, Sam Bradford, Josh McCown
MCoster
Top BDL RB's available (in order that I ranked in my top 64): Marshawn Lynch, Chris Thompson, James White, Gio Bernard, Latavius Murray, Jordan Wilkins, Doug Martin I also like Corey Grant and Chase Edmonds as potential guys to stash. Top BDL TE's available: Only one from my top 32 is Benjamin Watson. Some other potential real life NFL starters that are BDL FA's are Ed Dickson, Blake Jarwin, Ryan Griffin, and Virgil Green (or Gates if they sign him eventually) Top BDL WR's available (all that should/potentially will see a lot of playing time Week 1): Chris Hogan, Randall Cobb, Paul Richardson, John Brown, Danny Amendola, Ryan Grant, Mike Wallace, Quincy Enunwa, Donte Moncrief, Terrance Williams, Taylor Gabriel, Eric Decker, Terrelle Pryor, Albert Wilson.
