  1. Ya'll got a dude who learned to cover from Roquan. Hope he can bring back the tradition of really good LBs to the steel city cause ya'll ILBs been trash (Injuries played a part but like damn) Ya'll got the queen we got the king.
  2. boooooo. Get that bag but booooo.
  3. The colts made the playoffs. Three years ago. Big oof. Solid signing for the raiders and gives them flexibility and allows them to go BPA while giving Pierce *something* if AOC bombs.
  4. RIP to the gus bus bit yeah we can't afford everyone lol. Wanna see huntley and Zeitler come back, maybe Clowney if the price is right.
  5. His weapons currently reside in another country and the pitts he’s screwed.
  6. Front loaded two year deal they can easily get out of if he bombs. Smart move and the falcons can focus on defense with Morris not having to worry about QB stability for the next 2-3 years. draft a long term guy this year or next as well.
  7. Oh easily, even if he's literally AVERAGE (aka russ last year) people saying he played like **** last year didn't watch broncos games. "But he checked down" and? Mfer you check it down if that's the best read. Brady was the checkdown king. Still has the arm Talent (Courtland will miss him) He's still a much better passer than people give him credit for. Seahawks traded him for a haul, they hit the reset button and got a QB their GM liked in return no brainer. Broncos needed a fall guy because the roster outside of WIlson was pretty bad, Wilson was not the problem in denver in 2023, it was the coaching. There's a reason they started 1-5. But they just gave up a 1st for Payton so Payton gets the benefit of the doubt. We have actual massage enjoyers in this league shut the bathroom door in Wilson's on the market house. Steelers Country let's cry. That's the internet for you.
  8. Still amazed me he came back from the dead after myles garrett killed him.
  9. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/leaders/pass_rating_career.htm He's 8th all time. Granted Jimmy G is higher than Tom Brady so take that with a grain of salt but I feel like cousins not being a "top 15" QB makes him at least high tier in terms of best QB to hit free agency since....Cousins? Yeah Kirk Cousins is better than any of those 4 by a solid margin. Injury aside the production speaks for itself.
  10. Let's remind people that Daniel Jones makes $40 million a year coming off a year he threw....15 TDs. All it takes is one dumb team and let's be honest there's 3-5 desperate QB teams in free agency not counting the vikings.
  11. As a ravens fan I am happy for this signing.
  12. High tier level starter hitting FA? Easily pushing at least $40 million a year if not more.
  13. Los Angeles, Assets don't matter it's getting a say in the use of those assets.
  14. 1st and a 3rd would be very nice. But we do not have a ton of good pass rush outside of Madibiuke considering all of our edge rushers are walking out the door.
  15. Yeet both, I wanna root for both but acknowledge both are basically busts at this point. If they get motivation for going into a contract year to finally turn it around, great, if not oh well better than being stuck with massive dead cap weight if one gets injured and sucks lol.
  16. Meh it's useful as leverage to get a deal done and worst case you can always push for a trade as a player.
  17. Mod support on consoles would be sicccckkkk. Even if it's just basic mod support it would be hella nice.
  18. His value and brand are at an all time high so makes sense. Also googling it lead to like 20 articles saying he's a sellout and looked like trash this year. Loooooooool. Taysom hill is a legitimate difference maker for the saints, without him they'd definitely have less salary cap problems.
  19. Personally I don't think anyone will top George Blanda's INT thown in a single season. The closest since is Blanda and Winston I think.
  20. I'm gonna go out on a controversial topic and say the most overrated player in the NFL right now is Tom Brady. He's retired though so it's really Deshaun Watson.
  21. Ah yes awards that are entirely based on media in an era where Phillip rivers played against and with some of if not the greatest era of QBs we've ever seen. Just because he wasn't "the best" during his era doesn't mean what he did isn't still amazing. If Rivers has a ring this conversation isn't even a debate. Also I'll take the 2 TDs to 1 INT ratio over 1:1 that fouts had. Seriously I feel like Win/Loss Record and turnovers matter a lot more than bulk stats and media awards. There is only a 1/32 chance you win a 1st team all-pro every year. That's dumb. Hall of Fame and how famous is Phillip rivers? Name a whole body of water after him.
  22. Yeah not even close. His Legacy is he was a top 5 QB stuck on injury prone rosters with medicore coaching and elite talent depending on the year. This if like 1-2 of his kids up being legitimate franchise QBs it'll boost his legacy.
