Otherwise you essentially concede the French Open to Nadal (if he's healthy). Federer is loving it though. He'd much rather Nadal finish with the most Slams since he knows he won't at this point. He had NO business winning the Australian Open. Unbelievable accomplishment and I'm not going to say it his best slam win but probably the most impressive considering the circumstances.
