Ok, let me clarify. Prime Ribs are very expensive and time consuming for a 1 night thing. 

Brisket is less expensive, but more time consuming. Though you normally cook enough for at least a week

Definitely more expensive per mouth to feed by a long shot.

Don’t find it to be time consuming at all though, especially compared to brisket.
