Certainly can’t hurt since we need WRs bad He just turned 29 last week, and had a nice season in 2016 when he had 9TD's and 950 pass receptions. I agree it was a good move. GOOD NEWS for a change. Bobby816
Hardly going to make a difference I think. But better than PS guys out there.
Rockice_8
He's probably better than Pryor.

KingTitan
I believe Pryor is better. More explosive and better hands. Matthews is coming off an knee injury. Looked slower and heavier. Wouldn't hold out hope for the best version of him.

I think Matthews is just as good though and overall may be slightly better. He's been a consistent threat in the is league for a few years now. NJerseypaint
Pryor was hot and cold, but if Matthews is all cold I can see us cutting him and resigning Pryor.
Dr.O
Good move can’t trot Roberts and Peake out there again

Saw an article that Pryor might be ready to go sooner then expected. Word also was that he wasn't too happy the Jets released him, even though we said we'd be interested in bringing him back when healthy. I hear he will likely sign elsewhere. Just a report though. But wouldn't be surprising.
jetskid007
Interesting add. Should help this year and could play his way into a 2019 spot, but I think he's more of a placeholder at a position I expect us to overhaul next year
