You already soft-claimed, so it did not add any critical information for Town, it only removed a tempting trap that was lying in wait for Mafia once numbers begin to dwindle. To clarify, what I mean is, suppose the game is down to 6-8 people. No one has claimed Orca's partner, with most of the game dead, and with Mafia having the advantage on the asymmetry of information, someone could claim Orca's partner. Or, more likely, start hinting at the connection to "build" the connection to use later for enhanced credibility. Basically, you removed an opportunity for us to gain information, for no reason. Matts intentially gets himself role blocked and then right after night and 2 of the more active people dying, he starts to post. 2. KSJ makes a joke vote of the orca on page 11 and then doesn't change his vote (and doesn't post much if at all again). 3.
